How can I order?
A: You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.
What are the payment methods available?
A: As of the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments.
How do i make payments using Paypal? How does it work?
A: Paypal is the easiest, fast and secure way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to our system for your order.
What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
A: Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact Kraze@gmail.com us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.
Can I cancel my order?
A: If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us and return the product. Please contact Kraze@gmail.com.
Do you have the product in stock?
A: All the products which are shown on our site are available. Order lead time depends on the products and quantities.

Can I track my order?
A: We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.
Shipping time?
A: Shipping time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document.
Shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs are dependent on your location and products on your order. Our online store shows the shipping fee and shipping cost automatically on the checkout.
Changing the shipping address?
A: You can easily change your shipping address on your account. You just need to login and click “my account” and “edit”. You can also change the shipping address during the checkout process if you need. Just click “edit” below “shipping address”.
Return Policy, Customs and Lost Products?
We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money!Custom fees encountered during international import are not our responsibility. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees and any return fees if our shipment is denied or delivered due to incorrect address. However, we will re-ship orders that have been returned to us if they are undeliverable to the correct address. Customer satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that your shipment does not arrive or is faulty upon arrival, please contact us and we will endeavour to help you.
